Privacy

The only personal information the public site collects is what you type into the contact form: your name, your business name if you give one, your email address, and your enquiry.

We use your contact-form details for one thing: replying to you. They are stored in our own systems, hosted with Supabase, and are not shared with or sold to anyone.

If you use the client portal, we record each sign-in and what you do there, with the time, your IP address and your browser, for security and to serve you. It is kept with your business's records, in the same systems, and only Opal IQ can see it.

To see what we hold about you, correct it, or have it deleted, email contact@opaliq.com.au and it will be done.

This site sets no advertising or tracking cookies.

Opal IQ Pty Ltd, ABN 26 700 989 742, is the entity responsible for that information. Our registered address is George Street, North Strathfield NSW 2137, and post reaches us there.
